What is the delivery time of a transformer?keyboard_arrow_down
The most frequently ordered ratings (63 kVA to 1600 kVA) are available ex stock – delivery then takes 2–3 working days from order confirmation within Poland, and typically 5–10 working days elsewhere in Europe. The current list of transformers in stock with prices and documentation is in our online shop:
energeks.shop. Non-standard designs usually take 6–10 weeks.
Which standards do the transformers comply with?keyboard_arrow_down
MarkoEco2 and TeoEco2 transformers are designed and tested to the European standards EN 60076 (IEC 60076) and EN 50588-1, with losses at the level required by the EU EcoDesign Regulation 2019/1783 (Tier 2). They carry the CE marking under the Low Voltage (2014/35/EU), EMC (2014/30/EU) and EcoDesign (2009/125/EC) directives and are also built to the technical specifications of the Polish distribution system operators. Standard ratios: 10/0.4, 15.75/0.42, 20/0.4 and 21/0.42 kV; vector group Dyn5 or Dyn11; other ratios up to 36 kV on request. Every unit is delivered with a test report, CE declaration of conformity, rating plate and manual.
What is the warranty on transformers?keyboard_arrow_down
All transformers come with a 5-year warranty. We sell brand-new units only; each one passes full factory tests confirmed by a test report.
Which documents do I receive with a transformer?keyboard_arrow_down
As standard: the factory test report, CE declaration of conformity, rating plate, operation and maintenance manual and the datasheet. On request we provide type-test reports from an accredited laboratory and DWG dimension drawings.
Do you offer transport and unloading?keyboard_arrow_down
Yes. The price usually includes transport to the address of your choice within Poland. On request we arrange crane unloading and international deliveries – we ship transformers to customers throughout Europe and beyond.
Oil-immersed or cast-resin – which one to choose?keyboard_arrow_down
The MarkoEco2 oil-immersed transformer is the most economical choice for outdoor, pole-mounted and container substations – lower price and lower losses. The TeoEco2 cast-resin transformer is self-extinguishing (class F1) and contains no oil, so it is chosen for the inside of buildings: hospitals, offices, shopping centres and plants where fire safety matters. We will gladly advise on the right choice for your installation.
Do you supply transformers for PV farms and energy storage?keyboard_arrow_down
Yes. MarkoEco2 and TeoEco2 transformers operate in many PV farms and BESS installations. We select the rating, ratio (e.g. 0.8 kV on the inverter side) and impedance voltage to the requirements of the grid operator and the project. We also deliver complete prefabricated transformer substations.
What voltage regulation do the transformers have?keyboard_arrow_down
As standard an off-circuit tap changer ±3×2.5% (7 positions) on the high-voltage side. On request: ±2×2.5%, ±4×2.5% or ±5×2.5%.
Do you offer technical support and service?keyboard_arrow_down
Yes. We help select the transformer, prepare documentation for grid-operator approvals and provide service during and after the warranty period, including spare parts and accessories (temperature sensors, relays, surge arresters).
How do I order a transformer or request a quote?keyboard_arrow_down
