Design
- Spun concrete pole E-12 or E-13.5 with transformer support structure, optional operating platform; structure and fittings to the PTPiREE album or to the standard of the DSO at the connection point.
- Overhead switch-disconnector with operating mechanism (continuous current min. 200 A), gapless MV surge arresters 10 kA, MV fuse bases with fuse links matched to the rating.
- LV cabinet in an insulating enclosure: fuse switch-disconnector with gTr fuse links matched to the transformer rating, 2 to 5 outgoing feeders (up to 6 panels including spares), LV semi-indirect metering, type 1+2 surge arresters.
- Energeks transformer accessories: TOC-1 LV clamps with OZNN covers, 3 ZGU MV clamps and 3 OIP bird protection covers for MV insulators.
Advantages
- The simplest low-power connection: no concrete enclosure and no foundation.
- Minimal ground space, mounting on an existing overhead line.
- Components matched to the rating and the DSO standard, delivered as a single kit with documentation.
Limitations
- Rating up to 400 kVA; only next to an MV overhead line.
- Metering on the LV side only; no REI 120, telecontrol, generator panel, network analyser or future rating.
- Pole mounting, earth electrode and connection by the contractor.

Clamps and covers on the transformer
TOC-1 LV clamps
Standard in substations up to 630 kVA: horizontal, lugless, set of 3 x /U and 1 x /N; M12, M20 or M30 selected to suit the rating.

4 insulating covers for LV clamps made of flexible self-extinguishing plastic, fitted after the cables are connected.
